Crime Statistics Report
Statement of Policy Regarding Reporting the Annual Disclosure of Crime Statistics
The federal Jeanne Clery Disclosure of Campus Security Policy and Campus Crime Statistics Act (Clery Act) establishes the requirements for collecting and reporting campus crime statistics. The classifications of crimes used in these reports are defined in the Federal Bureau of Investigation Unified Crime Reports Reporting Handbook and/or the UCR Reporting Handbook: NIBRIS edition (UCR). The HCUPD prepares the following report based on information reported to HCUPD and the 国产偷拍 Police Department. The following is the report of statistics for calendar years 2018 through 2020. The statistics reported here are provided to the campus community and also to the U.S. Department of Education as required by the Clery Act.
