CrossFit is constantly varied functional fitness that helps prepare you for anything that life throws at you. We use barbells, kettlebells, and dumbbells to pull, push, and squat. We use our bodies to do pullups, pushups, and row. There are no lifting machines found at CrossFit Altus because we are the machines. Through variation of Olympic weightlifting, Powerlifting, Gymnastics movements, and metabolic conditioning we can find an optimum level of health and fitness.
